REALTORS® Ray Ferris and Amie Trinder service the communities along Lake Erie's north shore in South Western Ontario in Norfolk County, including natural wonders such as Long Point, a 30 mile sand spit jutting out into the lake. Perched on the shores overlooking Long Point Bay are the lakeside villages of Port Rowan, St. Williams and Booth's Harbour. Further along the sparkling shoreline, Turkey Point Beach and Port Dover are other popular communities of Ontario's south coast. In August 2008, The Toronto Star featured an article on the southern tip of Ontario on Lake Erie as the alternative to "goin' up north". Ray was born and raised in Long Point and Port Rowan. Amie was born and raised in Port Dover. Their lifelong experience of the area provides them with a wealth of knowledge to bring to your real estate transaction. If you're new to the area, they can point you in the right direction to find a doctor, lawyer and trades people who service the area. They know the schools, libraries, shops, banks and the people! Real estate is both Ray and Amie’s profession and only business interest. By focusing solely on real estate, they have the expertise to properly evaluate the unique lakeside area real estate market and a unique knowledge of not only the official listings but also the ability to know what properties are potentially for sale.
Amie is a recipient of Royal LePage’s “President’s Gold Award”. Ray has received many ompany awards including Royal LePage’s “Diamond Award” and the prestigious “Award of Excellence” which is the company’s highest award in recognition of truly exceptional longer-term selling achievement and significant contribution made to the company. Ray has also earned his Market Value Appraiser (MVA) designation. Both Ray and Amie are proud to be a REALTORS®. They are passionate about real estate and volunteer a lot of their time furthering the growth of the local real estate board which Ray serves as President and Amie serves as a Director. Ray also serves on the Ontario Real Estate Association's Leadership Committee. When not selling real estate, Ray enjoys fishing, music, reading and cooking (his true passion). Amie enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and trying her hand in photography. Together, Ray and Amie enjoy summers on their boat, traveling and dining out. |
